Day 1: I gotta say that was pretty easy. Of course I wAs sweating and I was sore afterwords but it's a good kinda pain. It means it's working :) I absolutely love the ABRippers.
Day 2: was EXTREME! It totally kicked my butt. I was about to give up towards the middle. My stomach was hurting, I felt like throwing up and I was sweating like a pig but I pulled through till the end I even did the bonus ones.
Day 3: another good day. Lots of sweating! After doing yesterday's work out was extremely sore but I feel like this exercise helped with the soreness.
Day 4: today I am walking like a robot and when I stand up I look like I have been ran over by a car! My arms hurt, my abs, and legs are soooo sore. Personally I'm not a big fan of Yoga. Like some people say " you either hate it, or you love it" well I hateit but I can see why it's perfect for day 4. After 3 butt kicking workouts yoga helps you to relax and STRETCH all those muscle. It felt so good to stretch. Don't get me wrong, I was still sweating like crazy. I work out right after work and my son is usually playing on his bouncer. If he starts getting fussy, I'll take him out and ill transfer my work out into his room. Its smallbutters but its better the not working out at all.ill let him crawl around in his room while I finish up the work out. So far it works great. So far I have noticed that I don't eat as much and cravings have gone away. So I can't wait to see some awesome reasults.
